Golder’s Elko, Nevada office is currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to support our US Mine Waste team.

The preferred candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
A valid passport that allows standard international travel
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary technical teams and manage technical and non-technical staff.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
Experience designing large earthworks and lined waste facilities
Understanding of seismic risk evaluations, geotechnical stability analyses, surface water hydrology, pipe and channel hydraulics, and capital cost estimation for mining projects
Proficiency in word processing, analytical spreadsheet preparation, and ability to learn a variety of engineering software
Experience with AutoCAD, Civil3D design software and ability to lead the development of design drawings desirable
