Who You Are:

A detail-oriented, highly-competent, team player looking to continue to develop your career within the Administrative Support field in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area.  As an Senior Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the executives within the office.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate meetings, teleconferences, and domestic and international travel;
  • Process expense reports;
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents;
  • Perform general office duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, scanning, faxing, and incoming/outgoing mail distribution;
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies;
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced;
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials;
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings;
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of executive administrative support experience.
  • Advanced user of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proficiency with SharePoint is preferred;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner;
  • Must be detail-oriented, possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • The successful candidate will have the ability to work flexible hours to support projects and assignments outside of normal business hours.
  • Ability to occasionally travel in support of operations
  • This position will sit in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
  • Industry experience is preferred.
