We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team in our Atlanta, Denver Houston, Mount Laurel,  or St. Louis location.    In this role you have the opportunity to provide the highest quality customer service for the organization and build a high potential talent pipeline to feed future growth projections.    Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.

 

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Consulting with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
  • Recruit for each position in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring the full process is complete
  • Source and interview prospective candidates, pre-determining their qualifications, analyzing their responses, verifying their references, to ensure that only quality candidates proceed through the interview process. 
  • Mastery of direct recruiting and sourcing activities for open positions, creating sourcing strategy and execution  through a broad variety of effective channels including passive candidates, University programs, direct recruiting, employee referrals, Internet and other media advertisements, Internet data mining, outside search firms. In-depth pre-screening of potential candidates
  • Utilize and track candidates through a web based applicant tracking system; and
  • All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience, preferably in an engineering, environmental or other related technical industry.  Experience should include sourcing and full life cycle recruiting, with a track record of success. 
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, dynamic professional environment effectively managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and internal client relationships. Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Highly collaborative with exemplary interpersonal, communication (both oral and written), negotiation and consultative skills within all levels of the organization.  
  • Self-directed and motivated individual with proven ability to problem solve, drive for results and demonstrate excellent follow-up skills.  
  • Heavily networked and knowledgeable of leading search practices - focus in the engineering and science industry strongly preferred.
  • Must have demonstrated strong technology aptitude -- proficiency with Taleo (or similar applicant tracking system), HRIS systems, search engines, and Microsoft suite of applications.
