Job Responsibilities

The Walnut Creek office of Golder Associates is seeking an intermediate Group Administrator. This exciting opportunity will allow you to develop your technical skills in the field with like-minded professionals in an employee-owned international firm. 

 

Responsibilities include:

 

•Meeting coordination for projects and clients – room booking, minute taking and distribution, catering when necessary;
•Producing monthly invoices and following up for payment;
•Project Documentation – opening and closing projects, document control, project filing, QA of job files upon project completion;
•Provide administration support - diary management, typing and distribution of correspondence and filing for Resource Group;
•Travel bookings – flights, accommodation, car and other requirements;
•Provide Powerpoint presentation assistance;
•Tender preparation assistance;
•Backup and assistance with report collation;
•WP supoort backup (including PDF);
•Work within health and safety policies and programs and provide health and safety feedback, hazard identification as required.
•Other duties as required.

Job Requirements

The preferred candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

 

• You will ideally possess 3 years experience in office administration specifically in areas of administration support to a large group.
• Proven experience in managing project documentation
• Excellent Computer skills in MS Office suites – MS Word, MS Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong written and communication skills
• Strong time management skills
