Job Responsibilities

Golder Associates is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join its dynamic Mining division based in St. Louis. The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of responsibilities including and not limited to:



  • General Administrative Support to include answering phones and directing calls.
  • Order office supplies, and manage and stock stationary required for hardcopy reports.
  • Coordinate FedEx/Mail/courier packages to locations around the world.
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to open Opportunities, Proposals, and Projects as well as update client information, as necessary.
  • Setup Microsoft SharePoint platforms for internal/external collaboration.
  • Support Project report product(s) as well as business development activities.
  • General filing of Project and Proposal documents (adhereing to Golder’s internal filing guidelines) for physical files, electronic files, and so forth.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years providing administrative support in a professional office environment preferred?
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other MS Office programs.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication skills to include grammar, spelling, proofreading skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills (prioritizing, record keeping, follow up, multi-tasking, and so forth in a deadline-driven environment).
  • The ability and willingness to demonstrate Golder’s core values of Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, Caring, and Ownership.
  • Graduate of business administration course/program preferred

Knowledge of engineering consulting, and/or related industries
