Senior EDIMS Leader to support the EHS Service Line at Golder

Senior EHS Business Leader for EDIMS – Assumption of this role will allow you to build a network of contacts and resources within Golder and work with the existing delivery organization and acclimate to the requirements and procedures of the business for the balance of 2018.


As a Senior EHS business leader for EDIMS you will be the central figure in the delivery of EDIMS services Globally. Your responsibilities will be to act as the point of contact for the practice. This will include brand building, client development, proposal preparation, and project execution. It will also include understanding the resources in the EHS practice that can contribute to work efforts that have an EDIMS scope or components of EDIMS in scope.


In this role your primary metrics will be:


Account Evolution: You will engage in corresponding with potential and existing clients and aid in evolving the service offerings to the full suite available from Golder. This will include the assessment of gaps. You will be a champion for cross regional development and delivery and aid the Global team to develop strategies and approaches that facilitate this objective.

Client contact and visits: Expectation is that you will center your weekly activities to client contact and visits either as the main contact or in a supporting role.

Skills Development: You will aid current staff in developing their skills through mentorship and delivery. You will also aid in the recruitment of new talent to meet gaps identified.


In the role your responsibilities will be:


  • Responsible for aiding Golder in meeting its ABP performance goals
  • Responsible for aiding in augmenting our Sales, particularly in the area of EDIMS
  • Assist in the making of GO/NO GO decisions for EHS Sales
  • Initiative incubator/developer for EHS services
  • Management of approved client list
  • Work directly with Operation Leaders, Group Leaders and Account Sales teams to understand markets and develop strategies for pursuit capture and growing market share
  • CRM owner for EDIMS pursuits
  • Capture manager for strategic pursuits as needed
  • Responsible for advance planning for strategic pursuits
  • Responsible for development and mentoring of successor candidates
  • Responsible for identification, training and mentoring of EDIMS service managers

Job Requirements

This position requires:

BS Degree or equivalent plus 15 years of experience;

Candidates must have 3 +years of experience in Environmental Data Information Management Systems (EDIMS);

Candidates must have experience in EHS;

Candidates must have experience working in a consulting company;
