As a global, employee-owned organization with over 50 years of experience, Golder Associates is driven by our purpose to engineer earth’s development while preserving earth’s integrity. From more than 170 offices worldwide, our over 7000 employees deliver solutions that help our clients achieve their sustainable development goals by providing a wide range of independent consulting, design and construction services in our specialist areas of earth, environment and energy.
The Global Mobility Specialist will partner with our People & Talent and Talent Acquisition teams to support our strategy in retaining and hiring top talent. This role will be responsible for managing the assignment lifecycle, assisting both leaders and employees. A fundamental initial delivery requirement for the role will be establishing best practice global mobility policies, processes and tools that support Golder’s talent strategy.
Whilst global mobility will be the core focus of this role, it is important that this role can holistically support our People & Talent team. Thus, we are searching for a practitioner with skills and expertise broader than a global mobility specialism.
