    Golder Associates Inc. is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for the Denver office.  This individual will be responsible for:

     

    • Supporting the Project Manager and project team to achieve the project’s objectives;
    • Supporting the development of the project scope statement and Work Breakdown Structure;
    • Maintaining project schedules and conducting project forecasting related to schedule control;
    • Tracking budgets and expenditures and conducting project forecasting related to cost control;
    • Coordinating project team communications, written and verbal, and documenting client meeting, interactions and activities;
    • Producing regular progress reports for the client, the project team and other internal and external stakeholders;
    • Coordinating data management and information transfer, including setting up and maintaining filing systems, document logs and action item lists;
    • Coordinating and monitoring project contracts for sub-consultants, contractors and vendors;
    • Running the document control system for development and finalization of client deliverables;
    • Coordinate translation of documents from English to Spanish and Spanish to English;
    • Check translations for accuracy;
    • Knowledge of intercompany invoicing;
    • Maintaining trend, change order, work order and invoice tracking systems;

     

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree;
    • At least 3 years’ experience;
    • Bilingual Spanish/English, written and spoken;
    • Proficiency with GoldSiga accounting system;
    • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with the project team and client;
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project; 
    • Primavera-P6 experience desirable;
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced engineering/consulting environment;
    • Ability to interact with multiple team members on multiple tasks;
    • At least 1 year of cost control experience preferred.
