  • Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for preparing top-down forecasts on a monthly and quarterly basis
    • Responsible for reviewing the operations forecasts and determining accuracy of forecasting by Region
    • Assist in the development and preparation of a global reporting package for monthly reviews between operations management and the COO and CFO
    • Assist in the planning and preparation of annual budgets and related analysis
    • Perform monthly review of spend against budget for the support functions and obtain explanation for variances from the functional leads.
    • Compile financial data and prepare analysis as requested by operations and functional management
    • Support corporate initiatives and projects as needed.
    • Conduct ad-hoc research and analysis as needed.
    • Direct supervision for 1-3 person team
    • All other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of ten (10) years relevant work experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting is required
    • MBA preferred
    • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
    • Proficient in interpreting financial results and business indicators to identify and analyze trends.
    • Experienced in financial modeling.
    • Expertise in computer abilities (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
    • Highly responsible and strong team player and able to work independently
    • Good communication skills
